Dinner Time!
*6 oz. tortilla-lime encrusted talapia (from costco. They also have a pesto talapia. Both are soooo delicious and cook in 13 minutes)
*tri colored pepper and onions (I make a foil packet with a huge onion sliced, three bell peppers. A little salt, pepper and mrs dash steak seasoning, a little bit canola oil. 25 mins. in oven or on the grill)
I make some brown rice and a salsa/greek yogurt sauce for my family. I also change it up and do grilled chicken in place of the fish and serve with guacamole…fajita style.
