Fit Hot Mama

My goal is to be a fit, hot, mama. I am using this blog as motivation, inspiration and accountability. I love working out and I want the awesome body I had before I had my second child but it has been harder than heck to stay on track...but not anymore! I turn 30 this year and my goal is to start my next decade fit and hot!
Dinner Time!

*6 oz. tortilla-lime encrusted talapia (from costco. They also have a pesto talapia. Both are soooo delicious and cook in 13 minutes)

*tri colored pepper and onions
 (I make a foil packet with a huge onion sliced, three bell peppers. A little salt, pepper and mrs dash steak seasoning, a little bit canola oil. 25 mins. in oven or on the grill)

I make some brown rice and a salsa/greek yogurt sauce for my family. I also change it up and do grilled chicken in place of the fish and serve with guacamole…fajita style.
